Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund are both keen on signing the Chelsea’s left-back Ian Maatsen in the January transfer window, but Borussia Dortmund went ahead to secure the services of the Dutchman in January on loan.
The young left-back who’s currently on loan at Dortmund until the summer after joining the German outfit in January is now keen to remain in Germany.
